Users of PSIpenta and PIUSS-O: Community of users
The stakeholders of PSIPENTA and PIUSS-O are organized into a community, the so called UPP Users of PSIpenta and PIUSS-O (IPA in German). This community of interests is independent from any other organization or company and represents only the concerns of the users of these software packages. The goals of UPP are:
- Exchange of information about the application, implementation and functionality of the products, as well as about the performance of both ERP-Systems.
- To represent the interests of all user-companies in front of PSIPENTA in regard of marketing strategies, maintenance and support terms as well as further development of the software applications.
- Assistance in creating further stakeholder groups within the UPP, which cooperate with PSIPENTA in order to upgrade the products according to the needs of particular marketplaces and the common requirements of the different companies.
The UPP is independent of PSI and operates with two control bodies: the annual general meeting of members, and the executive board. The executive board of the UPP is the head of this customer organization, knows about the interests of the members, organizes the annual general meeting and the technical workgroups. The executive board is the face of the organization for the public.
The general meeting of members takes place once a year, usually in November. Currently, the members of the executive board are:

Representative for PSIPENTA is Dr. Dagmar Mahrwald. She is the person in charge for customer care and consulting for all national and international UPP activities.
