PSIpenta JIS is a streamline sequencing system that automates and optimizes the core processes of sequence planning to deliver assembly parts to the production line. Using the worldwide established Qualicision® technology from PSI-subsidiary F/L/S Fuzzy Logik Systeme GmbH.

As a key functional module in the automotive industry, the JIS system can either be used to enhance the standard PSIpenta ERP solution, or can be integrated into an existing software infrastructure as a stand-alone module.

The call integration and sequence planning functions are implemented automatically via the EDI interface. Problems are visualized in PSIpenta JIS, where they can then be processed.

All vehicle components can be filtered and evaluated according to different selection criteria. An integrated container management function allows automated loading of containers through to delivery. Loads can be assembled together with the loading list, independently of ERP.

With PSIpenta JIS, such complex production processes can be greatly simplified and standardized, thereby minimising manual interventions and error rates.
